By accessing or using CHAI ATS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
Service Description
CHAI ATS is an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Service includes features such as job posting, resume parsing, candidate management, interview scheduling, AI-powered scoring, and related hiring-workflow tools.
Service Level
We target a 99% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the availability of CHAI ATS. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service at all times.
No Warranty
The Service is provided without any guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable, or that defects in the Service will be corrected.
AI-Generated Content
The AI features of CHAI ATS (job description generation, resume parsing, candidate scoring, and insights) are provided as assistive tools. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by human decision-makers before taking any hiring action. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable employment and data protection laws
- The accuracy and legality of the data you upload to the Service
- Obtaining necessary consents from candidates whose data you process through the Service
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHAI ATS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
