Data Isolation & Security
Each organization on CHAI ATS operates with a completely isolated and separate database. Your data is never mixed with, shared with, or accessible by other tenants on the platform. This multi-tenant architecture with per-tenant database isolation ensures the highest level of data separation.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or your candidates' data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the CHAI ATS service for your organization.
AI Processing
Our AI features (resume parsing, JD generation, candidate scoring) process your data to provide the service functionality. AI-processed data is stored within your isolated database and is not used to train models or shared across organizations.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you choose to close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, unless retention is required by law.
Legal Disclosure
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us, or protect the safety of our users or the public. We will notify you of such requests unless prohibited by law.
