Pay-As-You-Go Model
CHAI ATS operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. There are no subscriptions, monthly fees, or long-term commitments. You purchase credits when you need them and use them at your own pace.
Credit Purchases
Credits can be added to your account in multiples of INR 100 (100 credits). Each credit is worth INR 1. Credits are used for:
- Resume storage — 1 credit per resume uploaded (one-time charge, never billed again for the same resume)
- AI operations — 1 credit per operation (JD creation, resume parsing, scoring against a JD)
No Refunds
Given the low minimum purchase amount (INR 100) and the pay-as-you-go nature of our service, we do not offer refunds on credit purchases whatsoever. All credit purchases are final. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
No Subscriptions to Cancel
Since CHAI ATS does not have any subscription plans, there is nothing to cancel. You are never automatically billed. Credits are purchased manually and on-demand. You can stop using the Service at any time without any cancellation process.
Account Closure
If you wish to close your account, please contact us at hello@chaiats.in. Any remaining credits in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
